What is this label for?

The pick label travels with an order from the rack to the packing station. The bin location sits large at the top so the picker reads it in the aisle; the QR code with the order number opens the position in a Print View or the WMS; carrier and tracking number at the bottom tie the position to the shipping label.

Yes - bind the QR field to a URL column, e.g. print.zplcloud.com/d/{design}/{view}?order=…, and a scan opens the station with that order.

How do I get the bin location onto a carrier label?

Import the carrier ZPL with "ZPL to design" and place this template's fields next to it; the carrier barcode stays untouched.

Does it fit 4 × 6 in?

Yes - set the height to 152.4 mm in the editor; the elements keep their position and the bottom stays free for extra information.
