Announced changes
We announce new or replaced sub-processors at least 30 days in advance; customers can object within 14 days (Section 7 of the DPA).
Not on this list
- Services that you select and configure yourself in the platform – such as webhook targets, messaging services, message brokers, object storage, marketplaces and Deutsche Post – are not sub-processors (Section 7 (5) of the DPA).
- Services for which we ourselves are the controller – such as payment processing, sign-in via Google, Microsoft or Apple, and web analytics – are described in the Privacy Policy.
- We operate the email server, email gateway, telemetry and all other services of the platform ourselves on our servers in Germany.
